Store Credit Conditions Policy
Store credit will apply to items deemed eligible for store credit at the discretion of Leveled Couture.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked 'FINAL SALE' periodically, in which case they are not eligible for store credit.
Cancellations
No changes to the original order can be made once an order is processed.
Returns
Eligible returns include:
*Items deemed damaged at the time of delivery. No exceptions.
Damaged Items
Damaged item(s) must be deemed 'damaged' by the support team's review of credible documentation provided by the purchaser & must have been reported within 7 days from the time of delivery. You may send an email to support@leveledcouture.com to report item(s) received damaged. Allow 5-7 business days for processing. Please provide the following information in your request:

*Email address for contact
*Order number
*Description of damage
*Clear images of the item(s) damage
